Aloha to the Family, Fans and Friends of Tom McCluskey:

Note: We copied all the e-mail addresses from Richard McCluskey’s last message, so if you don’t know Tom McCluskey, and/or don’t want to be included in his “updates” on his art career, just reply to this message and we will immediately remove you name from our Address Book.

Here is an Update on Tom McCluskey’s art career.  As you may know, or not know, Tom spent five years in Australia, from 1996 to 2001, exhibiting his art work from Brisbane, to the Gold Coast, to Sydney, to Melbourne, and over to Tasmania (Hobart).

Thirty five exhibitions/shows, six solo-exhibitions, five times on television, half-dozen times in the print media, and the Lord Mayor of the Gold Coast proclaimed Tom as a “Natural Treasure of Australia”.

Now, back in Hawaii, in November 2001, Tom launched his art career in America (USA) with another nine exhibitions on Oahu (Hawaii).

Tom as the “Featured Artist” at the new Kapolei Art Gallery from November 2002 to June 2003.  Brand new gallery, in the fastest growing “second city” on the island, and it’s known as the “upscale” location to mimic Kahala.

Tom is accepting the “Mayor’s Choice” prize, from Honolulu Mayor Harris, at the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. “Living Harmony” Exhibition at City Hall (Jan 2002).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tom also won First Prize for his acrylic painting “Sound Wave Dissonance”.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The next year at the “Living Harmony” exhibition, at Honolulu City Hall, Tom won First Prize”, or People’s Choice” award, for his “Future Wave” acrylic painting.

And, the most current Exhibition was at the Pauahi Tower Gallery, which ran from June 14, 2003 to July 12, 2003. Here are the best of the “show”.

That’s all Folks.  Thanks again for your support, and maybe we’ll have an exhibition in your city – in the future.

Cheers,
